snap40 enables health services to safely keep patients at home.
We use a single medical-grade wearable device, discreetly worn on the upper arm, to continuously monitors a patient in hospital, in their own home and out in the community across more vital signs than any other single wearable device on the market. This includes blood pressure (without the use of an inflatable cuff), respiratory rate, heart rate, mobility, oxygen saturations, temperature and perspiration.
Unlike other companies, snap40 uses the data to undertake continuous automated risk analysis, identifying high and low risk patients. Through the company’s mobile applications doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff will be able to quickly and easily identify those at highest and lowest risk. They will receive automatic notifications of patients at high risk, allowing earlier and preventative action to be taken.
