What does your company do?
Prolancer is the next-gen marketplace for remote working and smart talent-sourcing in the niche fields of Software, Data Science and Advanced Programming (AI/ML). We use advanced technologies to help businesses connect better, hire faster and work smarter with top rated professionals.
Our platform is designed for continuous professional development and focuses on improving efficiency, teamwork collaboration and increasing organisational productivity. We strive to provide a modern, fair and balanced work environment, ensuring that all freelancers have an equal opportunity to find their ideal remote jobs; also providing strong provision and support to all employers to hire, collaborate and grow.
What is your target market and how big is it?
Our target market is Software, Data Science and Advanced Programming (AI and ML). Analysis show that the demand for advanced IT and programming skills could rise by as much as 90% between now and 2030. The overall spending on technology could increase by more than 50%. Remote working and freelancing are steadily increasing. By 2020, 50% of the workforce will be working independently across the UK, EU & USA. Prolancer has focused on the smart talent-sourcing of highly skilled professional freelancers within software and advanced programming sector.
