mobalo is a service provider for location based mobile advertising. We connect mobile banners with location data to enable a unique way of targeting for advertisiers. The ads are shown in apps the potential customers are already using. Technically, we have an inhouse DSP and DMP technology. We work together with ESRI and the European Space Agency and have developed new algorithms for programmatic advertising. mobalo can be used as a self-service tool, managed service or white label.

Tom Rauhe studied Logic and Theory of Science at LMU Munich. After 8 years of self employment working for various Publishers and Agencies, he realized in 2012 the possibilities of location based mobile marketing. That’s why in 2013, he founded the mobalo GmbH together with Dr. Michael Ihne and Manfred Kuhn, which is leading in data driven location based mobile advertising and geo fraud analysis.
